Spiraldynamik® is a new view of the functional anatomy and biomechanics of the human body based on evolutionary biology. Its main users are the medical and educational professions. From the patient's point of view, it is an “instruction manual for your own body - always and everywhere applicable”.
Watch the 3 minute video to find out more about Spiraldynamik®.
Whether running, crawl swimming, climbing, javelin throwing, tennis or golf swing - the anatomy (hardware) and neurology (software) remain the same. Once learned, the spiral principle can be applied in a variety of ways in everyday life, at work and in leisure time. It provides power in the arms, improves the economy of movement in the legs, protects the spine from chronic strain, promotes well-being and increases performance, vitality and radiance. Ideal for active people who want to do something for their own health.
